Crimson Peak arrives in theaters October 16th, 2015!
The film takes place in the aftermath of a family tragedy, an aspiring author (Mia Wasikowska) is torn between love for her childhood friend (Tom Hiddleston) and the temptation of a mysterious outsider (Charlie Hunnam). Trying to escape the ghosts of her past, she is swept away to a house that breathes, bleeds…and remembers.

Legendary Pictures’ Crimson Peak, which is helmed by del Toro and written by del Toro, Matthew Robbins and Lucinda Coxon, will hit theaters on Friday, Oct. 16, 2015. The film stars Mia Wasikowska, Tom Hiddleston, Jessica Chastain, Charlie Hunnam and Jim Beaver. Set in northern England in the 19th century, the film follows a young woman (Wasikowska) who discovers that her new husband (Hiddleston) is not who he appears to be. The film currently has that date to itself.
